Visit the Elegant Gadgets

Locate the 'Register'
option at the top right (on a PC) or bottom right (on a mobile device) of the

Provide your Name, Email

Click on 'SIGN UP' to

How can I change the Password of my
account?
To update your account password, follow these steps:

How can I update my address?
To update your address, follow these steps:
Navigate
to the "My Account" section located in the top right corner on a PC
or bottom right on a smartphone.
Choose
the "Address Option" from the menu on the right.
Click
on the "Add New" button.
Complete
the form with your details: First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Email,
Division, City, Area, Address 1, and Address 2.
Press
the "Save Address" button to successfully update your address.
How can I deactivate/delete my Elegant Gadgets
account?
Users cannot deactivate or delete an Elegant
Gadgets Account from their end.
How can I change or add a new address?
You can add a new address by going to your
accounts information. To set a new address or remove address follow the process
down below:
Log in to your personal Elegant
Gadgets customer account.
Click Account Icon positioned at
the top right of the page, where your Account name is visible, and at the
bottom in mobile view.
On the right side, find the
"Manage Profile" icon and click on it.
Click
on the "Manage Profile" button to access the "Basic Information."
Provide
your personal information details along with the desired address.
After filling out the address
details, click on the "Update" button at the bottom right corner of
the form.
Your
new address will be saved to your profile.
If
you need to make changes or no longer want to keep an address, you can
"Delete" it.
To
delete an address, click on the "Delete" option below the
"Actions" section.
If you want to make adjustments or add another new address, repeat the process
by selecting the "Add New" option.

What is the purchasing point?
Each product comes with unique purchase points,
visible on the product details page. Upon successful delivery, the points for
that product will be added to your Elegant Gadgets account. If you purchase
multiple products at once, you will receive points for all the products
collectively.
Is there any validity for purchasing points?
All points are valid for 3 months. If you don't
utilize the points earned within this timeframe, they will be removed from your
wallet.
What's the value of purchasing points?
Sorry, we are unable to provide any information
on this as of now. But soon we will add a purchasing point with every purchase
from Elegant Gadgets and add value to it.

Unfortunately, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not an option for orders placed from
outside Dhaka. However, it is feasible to make a partial payment for products
purchased from locations beyond Dhaka.

Why did your agent call me and ask for advance
payment?
Because it is not possible to place an order without booking money. If you
don't pick up the product after placing an order, the order will be void. So,
you need to pay in advance to place an order perfectly.

What is the EMI activation process?
There are two methods for EMI activation:
First is to make an EMI through a credit card at POS Machine which will require an EMI activation paper.
Apart
from this, EMI can be done online by card payment through SSL Commerce. Here
you have to select the option when making payment.
Can I avail EMI facility using a Debit
card/bKash/cash?
No, the EMI facility is only available for Credit cards.
What is the minimum amount for an EMI facility?
EMI can be started from a minimum of 5000/10000
BDT. It varies according to the bank. To know more about minimum EMI Amount,

Can I avail EMI facility with multiple products?
Yes. EMI facility is available with multiple
products.
How long does it take to activate the EMI?

Refund
What is the Refund Mode?
Refunds are made through BANK TRANSFER & Bkash.
What is the refund process for online gateway payment?
If the
payment is completed through SSL comm. Online gateway then the refund will be
processed according to SSL Comm. Refund policy.
If the Customer wants instant refund (within 72 hours) after completing the payment through SSl comm. He/She will only get the product price as refund. Elegant Gadgets will not take any liability of online gateway / EMI charge.
Can you request an exchange rather than a refund?
If you
prefer to exchange your product, just inform our Customer Service. We will
evaluate and guide you for the next steps.
If Elegant Gadgets fails to deliver a product after confirming the order due to market unavailability, Elegant Gadgets will refund the payment within 24 Hours.
Customers will only get the product price as refund (website price). Elegant Gadgets will not take any liability of any online gateway charge / EMI charge / Bkash charge/ Nagad charge/ Bank charge.
Can I claim a refund for my returned product?
Yes, you can claim a refund for a returned
product. The condition is, If there is a problem with your returned product,
you can claim a refund.

exchange the product rather than receive a refund.

What is ADS & Express ADS?
Express ADS: If you want a product to be delivered on an
urgent basis inside Dhaka on the same day as the order, then express ADS can be
arranged which will cost 500 to 1000.
ADS: If you want to take home delivery of any product inside Dhaka very carefully through Elegant Gadgets own rider then you can accept this delivery matter where you have to bear a charge of 250 to 500 taka.
Can I get home delivery outside Dhaka?
If you
want to take home delivery outside Dhaka, we can only provide accessories,
covers, and various mobile outfits. Mobile phone home delivery is not possible
for security reasons.
What is the
delivery time?
The maximum delivery time is 72 hours, ensuring
that you receive your items promptly and efficiently. Our commitment to timely
service is aimed at providing you with a seamless shopping experience.
Can I change the
delivery address after placing the order?
If an order is placed with a courier service then
the delivery address can be changed as required, we discourage changing the

There is no option to check the product before

Your chosen product will be added to the cart automatically, and you'll be directed to the easy-checkout page to fill in your billing details.
